Employment: The Team advises international, national and regional employers on all aspects of employment law.
Corporate: The Team has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions as well as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals and restructuring.
Litigation & Debt Recovery: The “hands-on” litigation Team specialises in company and commercial issues, construction/building, property and professional negligence disputes.
Personal injury: The Claimant Team brings claims on behalf of deserving individuals. It receives the vast majority of its work based on word of mouth. The Team has won repeated plaudits for the fact that it “clearly really cares about its clients”. The Defendant Team acts for private individuals, businesses and UK insurance companies to defend or rebut injury claims that have been brought against them and it advises on claims arising from all types of accidents and injuries.
