Commercial Property: The team handles all aspects of property portfolio work across a range of sectors throughout the UK.
Licensing: The team is nationally recognised for advising on all commercial and regulatory aspects including betting, gaming, liquor, entertainment licensing and copyright.
Employment: The team advises international, national and regional employers on all aspects of employment law.
Corporate: The team has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions as well as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals and restructuring.
Litigation & Debt Recovery: The “hands-on” litigation team specialises in company and commercial issues, construction/building, property and professional negligence disputes.
Personal Injury: The Claimant Team receives the vast majority of its work based on word of mouth. The Team has won repeated plaudits for the fact that it “clearly really cares about its clients”. The Defendant Team acts for private individuals, businesses and UK insurance companies to defend or rebut injury claims that have been brought against them.
Private Client, Family, Farms & Estates & Residential Property: This coordinated group comprises the teams that advise individual clients covering wills, trusts, tax planning and lasting powers of attorney; family and relationship advice; farms and estates and residential conveyancing.
