Practice Areas: Working closely with the firm’s specialist intellectual property partners, founders Christopher Sherliker and Jonathan Silverman, handles both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters across a variety of sectors, including trade mark, copyright, patent, brand protection, design, passing off, company names adjudication, domain name and internet disputes, media and entertainment contracts, licensing and franchise agreements, advising clients from SMEs to PLCs both nationally and cross-border. With a background in the creative and media sectors, he is also multi-lingual and served as IP advisor to Government of Bhutan in 2007.
