Practice Areas: Head of Withers' Commercial Litigaion and Fraud Group in London. Andrew is a commercial litigator focussing on fraud and asset tracing, managing cross border claims, professional negligence, professional and sporting disciplinary hearings. Andrew led the team that acted for 4 defendants in CIBC v Stolzenberg and for 3 defendants in the Langbar action. He is currently acting for the Algosaibi family (KSA) in respect of an alleged US$9.2bn fraud. He has acted for Renault F1 (and before Benetton Formula 1) for a number of years, including the 'Spygate' and 'Crashgate' hearings. He was named in The Lawyer Magazine's 'Hot 100' list for 2010.
Career: Trained at Mackenzie Mills, which merged with Withers in 1995. Andrew was made Partner in 2002. He spent 3 years in Withers' Geneva office (2006 to 2009).
