Acted for the Claimant in Wilkinson v Churchill referred by the Court of Appeal to the ECJ. Also acts as a Deputy. Several multimillion pound settlements which include the case of Jackson involving PPO settlement at over £7 million and E, where damages of £16 million were recovered.

The firm converted to LLP status in November 2010. The firm has 18 fee-earners specialising in catastrophic injury cases and provides pro-bono welfare benefit advice for those with head and spinal cord injuries.
