Career: Mark Weitzel, a partner in Orrick’s San Francisco office, is a member of the Energy and Infrastructure Group. Mr. Weitzel has more than 25 years of experience in project development and financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure industries. His practice includes the structuring of complex equity and debt investments, including tax equity investments, and negotiation of acquisition, shareholder and investment agreements.
