Corporate & Commercial: An expanding practice area for Teacher Stern, the firm works with both PLCs and privately held companies operating in an array of industry sectors ranging from IT, e-commerce, gaming, PR, new media, sports and entertainment to oil exploration and pharmaceuticals. The firm regularly handles mergers, acquisitions, disposals, financial restructures, private equity related assignments, AIM listings and the raising of capital.
