Practice Areas: Claimant personal injury particularly RTA/highway claims and sports injuries. Paul has a niche practice in cycling injury claims and acts for the CTC, the UK's national cycling organisation. Paul has excellent experience of handling high value claims, particularly brain injury, spinal cord injury and fatal claims. Paul acted for two of the three appellants in the landmark 'multipliers case' Wells v Wells.
Professional Memberships: Paul is a past committee member of British Association for Sport & Law (1995-98), and the past co-ordinator of Greater London regional Group of APIL 1998-02.
Career: Paul has been a Partner at RJW since 1992 joining the firm after qualifying as a Solicitor in 1987. Paul has been Managing Partner of the London Personal Injury Department since 1998 and the Joint Head of the National Personal Injury Department since 2005.
