Practice Areas: Partner and Head of the Real Estate department. Specialises in residential development, acting for a number of listed and unlisted developers and house builders. Deals with all aspects of residential development including conditional contracts, options and joint ventures. Specialist interests include: real estate law, residential development law, real estate sector, construction and property disputes, purchasing structures and corporate property transactions.
Career: Graduate of Cambridge University. Trained and qualified at Durrant Piesse which merged to become Lovell White Durrant in 1988. At Lovell, Andrew acted for a number of institutional investors involved in investment acquisition & disposal and landlord & tenant work. Joined Pitmans in 1995.
