Practice Areas: David Masson is Head of Salans' Paris and Global IPT&C group. His practice consists of advice and litigation regarding intellectual property and information technology laws both concerning acquisition, enhancement and exploitation as well as defending such rights, whether through occasional acts or complex transactions. David carries out both civil and criminal proceedings for infringement, including counterfeit seizures as well as expert appraisals.
