The firm is also a leader in banking and finance transactions for domestic and international banks and other major financial institutions.
Real Estate: Nabarro has one of the UK’s largest and most active commercial property departments handling some of the most complex and technically demanding commercial and legal challenges in the industry. Dispute Resolution: Nabarro has a range of skilled, specialist dispute resolution teams, including corporate, tax, financial services, property, competition, pensions, IP and IT, employment, insolvency, asset raising, environment, medical, health and safety, defamation and construction, all delivering first-class, commercial advice to clients in all areas of dispute resolution. The dispute resolution department provides the expertise and critical mass to handle complex, high value, domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes, including cross-border insolvencies, international project arbitration and financial service litigation arising out of the credit crisis.
Projects: The projects group brings together specialists in infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy (including renewables), transport, housing, waste, health, education and public sector. The firm has a strong reputation in PPP and PFI, having successfully completed a large number of projects of this type both in the UK and abroad.
