Practice Areas: Nick has a wealth of commercial experience gained from many years acting for a spread of clients that includes household name quoted and private property companies, property outsourcing companies, private investors and occupiers. He brings particular expertise in development projects and the purchase and sale of high value investment properties. Clients include Delancey, Londonewcastle, Chelsfield, Rowan Asset Management and property outsourcing specialists Mapeley. Recent deals include acting for Delancey and Qatari Diar on the purchase and long-term management of the Olympic Village.
