Practice Areas: Head of SGH Martineau's Property Litigation Team and advises on all manner of disputes concerning property but principally commercial property. Acts for landlords and tenants in lease disputes including advice on all aspects of lease renewals under the 1954 Act, breaches of lease, rent recovery, termination of leases and has particularly specialised knowledge of dilapidations and disrepair claims; also advises on boundary disputes, claims concerning rights of way and restrictive covenants; pursuing and defending interlocutory injunctions; nuisance actions; professional negligence claims against surveyors and solicitors relating to property matters.
