Practice Areas: Colin Craik's practice focuses on international banking, corporate finance, and project development and finance. He has represented both borrowers and lenders in numerous cross-border corporate finance transactions, including secured and unsecured transactions; senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt issues; acquisition financing; and project finance transactions. Colin has also worked extensively with clients on numerous cross-border financing transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors, with particular expertise in the hotels, natural resources and automotive sectors.
