Practice Areas: Mathew was elevated to partnership in 2011 in Hogan Lovells' Real Estate Disputes team. He deals with all aspects of contentious real estate, focussing on insolvency and professional negligence as well as commercial landlord and tenant matters for a wide range of clients, including Ernst & Young, KPMG, Barclays and Prudential. Member of the British Property Federation's Insolvency Working Group and the Property Litigation Association’s Law Reform Committee. Recent work highlights include handling property litigation aspects of the Peacocks, Bon Marche and Luminar Leisure administrations. Regular press commentator and conference speaker.
