Practice Areas: Stuart co-heads the mainstream banking practice. He acts on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers. His experience includes acquisition finance, syndicated and bilateral banking facilities, inter-bank funding and loan portfolio transactions, loans to funds, margin loans and other secured and structured financings. Recent experience includes advising on financings for ArcelorMittal and Vodafone, facilities for HMV and for Melrose PLC in connection with its offer for Elster.
