Practice Areas: John is a partner in the Global Antitrust and Competition Practice. He is a former antitrust counsel with The Coca-Cola Company and Cabinet Office Legal Adviser and acts for clients in international antitrust and regulatory matters, including structuring and implementation of mergers and joint ventures, cartel enforcement, single firm conduct as well as compliance counselling. He represents clients before the EU Commission, OFT, the Competition Commission and in national and European courts. Mr Colahan has worked in a broad range of sectors including consumer goods, retail, media, pharmaceuticals, aviation, manufacturing, agricultural, energy, supply of professional services, telecommunications and finance.
