Practice Areas: Partner specialising in claimant personal injury work ,employers liability and industrial disease litigation, most of the industiral disease work is asbestos related. Heads up the Manchester office. Involved in a number of leading test cases. Currently representing 2 of the claimants in the test cases known as the "Trigger issue litigation" which is to be heard by the Supreme Court in December 2011. This case has been described throughout as one of the top ten cases of the year.The case concerns the construction of employers liability insurance policies.The decision of the Supreme Court will be one of the most important of the decade.
