Practice Areas: Mr. Lockwood focuses on matters involving debtors with substantial asbestos personal injury tort liabilities who seek to reorganize under section 524(g) of the Bankruptcy Code. In these cases, he represents the asbestos claimant creditors committees in the negotiation and drafting of reorganization plans, and participates in the litigation over confirmation of such plans.

Career: He has served as committee counsel in the now-completed bankruptcy cases of Owens Corning, Armstrong, Federal-Mogul, Babcock & Wilcox and G-I Holdings. He is currently involved in the reorganization proceedings of Pittsburgh Corning, W.R. Grace, NARCO, A.P. Green, Thorpe Insulation and Plant Insulation.
