Practice Areas: Defamation and media law: defending numerous libel actions for Times Newspapers and other publishers; libel and harassment actions involving disclosure orders against Internet Service Providers (Facebook, Microsoft, BT, etc.), including Takenaka v Frankl, first anonymous email libel tracing action to reach trial. Data Protection and Freedom of Information: several cases for Times Newspapers, including MPs additional cost allowances case against House of Commons.
