Publications: Author of ‘Barclays Guide to the Law for the Small Business’ (1990), of ‘Charities, Trading and the Law’ (1995) (co-author 2008 edition), and author of numerous articles; co-author of ‘Charities – The New Law 2006’ (2007), ‘Fundraiser’s Guide to the Law’ (2000) and ‘Keeping it Legal’ (2003, with Social Enterprise London).
