Practice Areas: Since qualification in 1979 Elisabeth has worked almost exclusively for claimants in personal injury actions. After over 30 years in the field her experience covers most types of accidents, whether they occur in the workplace, on the roads, in the air or in connection with any other public liability activity. Elisabeth has acted for victims of all kinds of workplace illnesses such as those suffering from mesothelioma, asbestosis, dermatitis, deafness etc as well as for victims of legionnaire's disease. Since 2006 Elisabeth has concentrated her efforts on building the successful Serious Injuries Team of NewLaw Solicitors, Cardiff. The team has grown from two members to its present total of 14 senior solicitors, a welfare manager, junior solicitors and support staff. The team specialises in recovering millions of pounds in compensation for clients suffering spinal cord injuries (which is Elisabeth's special expertise), brain injuries, amputations, severe fractures and fatalitites. In addition to managing the team Elisabeth continues to act for a number of severely injured claimants.
