    PRINCIPAL AREAS OF WORK
    Corporate & Commercial:
    The team offers a broad service, handling all aspects of corporate finance related transactions, including MBOs and other private equity transactions, acquisitions and disposals, finance and banking and is involved in many cross-border transactions. The department offers a full commercial service including commercial agreements and non-contentious intellectual property disputes.
    Commercial Property: The firm provides a comprehensive commercial property service, including complex property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, building and development contracts and property finance. The Commercial Property Team works closely with the property litigation arm of the firm.
    Dispute Resolution & Litigation: The Dispute Resolution Team has an enviable reputation of resolving disputes to clients’ benefit. The team concentrates on its core skills in handling all types of commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, all types of property litigation, insolvency, mediations, intellectual property disputes and emergency injunctions.
    Employment: The department advises on all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination issues, breach of contract and restrictive covenants.
    Private Client: Private Client that consists of three elements:
    (a) The Family Law Team which has specialists providing all aspects of advice, including divorce and separation, children issues, both private and public law, and family law injunctions
    (b) The Residential Property Team which offer all levels of property advice and
    (c) The Trust, Tax and Estates Team who offer a full-service offering of advice on trusts, wills, powers of attorney, probate, succession planning, inheritance tax planning and charities.
