PRINCIPAL AREAS OF WORK
Corporate: Delivering an extensive range of corporate and commercial services for businesses including corporate re-organisations, equity financing, share schemes and dealing with partnership matters. The team also advises the healthcare sector, charities and local authorities.
Real Estate: Full service commercial and residential property teams. The commercial property team delivers advice for property funding, finance and management and rural and agricultural law. The residential property team provides specialist advice in conveyancing in addition to landlord and tenant matters.
Litigation: Delivering a range of dispute resolution services in both general and commercial litigation for both individuals and corporate clients. The team resolves a range of corporate and partnership disputes, contentious probate issues, general disputes and professional negligence matters. A separate personal injury team covers personal injury claims and medical negligence actions.
Employment: Providing a proactive and results driven service to employers and employees in all aspects of employment law and HR, the team offers a fixed price fully insured employment law protection scheme for employers entitled ‘SAS Protect’ and also offers fixed price HR consultancy services, including on site support.
Private Client: Offering expert guidance on a comprehensive range of family services, including divorce and separation, financial matters and arrangements for children. A full probate service is offered together with wills and estate administration. The team has particular strength in providing services for older and vulnerable clients, including safeguarding and personalisation matters.
CLIENTS The firm’s client base includes businesses, partnerships, private clients, public organisations and charities. Current clients include 4Recycling, Aramark, ASDA, AXA Insurance, Bakkavor Group, Care Asset Management, DAS, Ebiox, Frederic Robinson, Gladman Group, Miller Homes, RBS Mentor, Salford City Council, Talk Talk, Tata Consulting, Vista Healthcare.
