Practice Areas: Gervasio has broad experience in providing legal advice on public law matters and energy law. His expertise on public projects covers different fields (health, education and social facilities, roads,…). On energy law, Gervasio has advised power and gas companies on supply and TPA contracts and all kind of proceedings before the public authorities. He represents major players of the energy industry before the national Contentions Administrative courts. He is also very active on Transport Law, particularly in the railway sector.
Professional Memberships: Member of the Madrid Bar Association, and of the Legal Committee of ForoPPPInfrastructuras.
Career: He left Gomez-Acebo&Pombo (2001-2006), as senior associate, to be the partner head of Public Law Practice Area in Garayar Asociados until November 2012, which he left to participate as one of the founding partners of MVA Asociados.
Publications: He regularly writes articles and speaks at national and international conferences.
Personal: Law Degree from the Complutense University in Madrid (1992); candidate for a place in the Council of State Legal Service (1996-2001). He speaks Spanish and English.
