PRINCIPAL AREAS OF WORK The Corporate and Commercial Team acts on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, group reorganisations, cross-border and international transactions, public offerings/flotations, banking and new business start-ups. Commercial work includes intellectual property, IT, sales and marketing.
The Litigation Team offers a complete service, including arbitration and mediation, asset protection and recovery, banking, commercial litigation, factoring, fraud, insurance claims, landlord and tenant protection, professional and disciplinary tribunals and professional negligence claims. The team has considerable expertise in handling class actions.
The Property Team undertakes all aspects of property acquisition and disposal, banking security work, property development, planning, landlord and tenant, property litigation, licensing, mortgages and debentures, investment acquisitions, property portfolios and rent reviews. The Private Client Team specialises in the management of the assets of individuals and families and the creation and management of domestic and foreign trusts, charities, estate planning and administration, tax planning and wills.
