The Chambers Tooks' reputation is built on its human rights and civil liberties work, its association with high profile cases including the leading miscarriage of justice appeals and most if not all of the terrorism trials held since 9/11. Well known for its commitment to criminal defence, recent years have seen Tooks' civil teams develop increasing stature - taking ground-breaking cases in, for example, the fields of public law, prisoners' rights, immigration and equality.
