Specialisation: Specialises in all aspects of housing work including Human Rights, anti-social behaviour and regulatory matters. Experienced in claims under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and claims arising following stock transfers.Regularly instructed on behalf of local authorities, Housing Associations and by specialist tenant firms. Recent cases include Knowsley HT v White [2008] UKHL 70; Porter v Shepherds Bush HA [2008] EWCA Civ 196 & O'Neill v Sandwell MBC [2007] EWHC 3004 (QB).
