THE FIRM This firm's teams in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles act for California companies and multinational clients on all IP prosecution, litigation and dispute resolution matters. The firm has a strong brand in Taiwan, and has hence developed a niche in representing Taiwanese technology companies being sued for patent infringement in the USA.
