KEY INDIVIDUALS Francesco Ago is repeatedly cited as a top name in debt and securitisation practice. He has a huge amount of experience in finance law and leads on several key M&A deals. Sources describe him as "a successful and highly regarded practitioner." Practice head Enrico Giordano is similarly recognised for his expertise and in-depth knowledge of capital markets practice. As one client states: "He examines the bigger picture and doesn't get bogged down by details. He's proactive and quick to suggest solutions." Manfredi Vianini Tolomei is another key figure in the department. He also focuses on equity matters, acting on behalf of Italian and foreign clients.
