His client list indicates the esteem in which he is held, featuring Next, Oasis and Principles. David Ratter is a favourite for retail and public sector entities, taking instructions from national retail giants and large local authorities. He has recently represented Fife Council, Homebase and Marks & Spencer. Sandy Reid is a leading authority on the financing, development and letting of floor space in large shopping centres. MacRoberts excels in its property work across broad expanses of the industrial landscape.
