Career: Children: He practises in children’s law, both public and private, specialising in public cases of complexity, sensitivity and gravity. He has considerable experience with serious non-accidental injury, brain trauma, sexual abuse and sudden death (suffocation, poisoning or trauma); serious “shaken baby syndrome” cases causing brain injury or death; and parents with Factitious or Induced Illness Disorder by Proxy. His cases involve complex and conflicting medical, psychiatric and psychological evidence.
