WORK UNDERTAKEN New Square Chambers undertakes litigation and advisory work both in the UK and internationally, including Direct Professional Access. The work done by members of chambers covers three broad areas: company and commercial (including individual and corporate insolvency, receivership, partnership, freezing injunctions, search orders, fraud, intellectual property and telecommunications); property (including landlord and tenant, mortgages, enfranchisement, construction and conveyancing); taxes, trusts and wills (including probate, pension schemes and both revenue and capital taxation). Members also cover public/administrative law including parliamentary law, public inquiries, local government and planning law, judicial review and constitutional law.
