Practice Areas: Children law, public and private law; adoption; child abduction (convention and non-convention) and children cases with an international element including relocation applications; schedule 1, judicial review (family law related). Involved in over 50 reported cases including House of Lords appeals of Re G [2006] and Re B [2008].  

Professional Memberships: Chairman FLBA (2010-11). Recorder crime and family (2004). Deputy High Court Judge. Family Justice Council (2004: 2 years/2006: 3 years). Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Professional Advisory Group for the National Youth Advocacy Service.
