Practice Areas: Experienced employment and commercial lawyer, having appeared in these areas before all relevant courts and tribunals. Expert in disputes relating to garden leave, restrictive covenants and confidential information, also company law and sport related matters, both relating to employment (including directors' duties and minority rights) and generally. Appeared in numerous high profile cases on individual employment rights (wrongful dismissal, bonus issues, unfair dismissal and TUPE cases), all forms of discrimination, employment status, agency workers, equal pay (for NHS and local authority employers), restrictive covenants, garden leave, strike and picketing injunctions. Clients include major corporations, public bodies, professional firms and senior employees, as well as leading sporting bodies, clubs and players.
