Specialisation: Mark has developed an extensive practice as an intellectual property litigator focused on protection and enforcement of trade secrets. He is an experienced patent litigator and an accomplished trial attorney in both federal and state courts in all aspects of intellectual property law during his more than 20 years of practice. He has extensive experience with the use of automated methods for the identification and classification of trade secret assets including methods for evaluating the defendibility of trade secrets according to the relevant legal tests.
