Litigation & Dispute Resolution: The firm has successfully represented companies and individuals in disputes in every industry, representing on a permanent basis leading companies in the media, oil and gas, real estate, transport, shareholders and partnerships disputes. The firm’s expertise includes conflict resolution via mediation, arbitration and regular litigation. Mergers & Acquisitions: The firm has advised clients in corporate mergers, split-ups, sales and acquisitions in Chile and abroad, representing the interest of local and international parties.
Energy & Infrastructure: The firm has advised local and foreign investors in a wide selection of great scale infrastructure and energy projects, such as roads, bridges, power plants, renewable energy, ports, tunnels, hospitals and major real estate developments completing "pathfinder" projects in the energy sector and PFI/PPP projects in Chile. The firm provides all the legal services needed by the infrastructure and energy industries, including negotiation and drafting of EPC, BOT, and Take or Pay contracts.
