Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions: CCN handles all matters related to Mexican and US legal entities. CCN has a long history of involvement with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, transformations, and related, tax, regulatory and antitrust issues.
Litigation: CCN’s litigation practice encompasses insurance, real estate, product liability, intellectual property, labour, bankruptcy and antitrust litigation. CCN has developed a strong track record representing clients before the Mexican tax, customs, administrative and labour authorities and serving as expert witnesses on Mexican law in foreign courts.
Intellectual Property: CCN handles copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other IP matters.The firm assists clients engaged in franchising, licensing and technology transfers. CCN advises clients on protecting and defending intellectual property rights in cases of third party infringement and cancellation proceedings.

The firm handles property acquisitions, industrial, commercial and recreational leases, mortgages, finance, lending, real property trusts and property development and subdivisions. CCN’s participation in real estate projects may involve tax, zoning, environmental, foreign investment and water rights, as well as the negotiation of joint venture agreements, formation of Mexican entities, development of sound international tax strategies and securing financing from lenders.
