Practice Areas: Gavin is extremely well known in the labour law community, and was voted by his peers as Labour and Employment Law Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in Canada for 2012. As Past president of the Law Society of BC, he has a deep knowledge of the history, origins and topical issues in law. Gavin’s practice focuses on labour relations and employment law. He gives legal and tactical advice to management, and represents his clients before labour relations boards, arbitration boards and the courts.
