Practice Areas: As the Calgary Chair of employment and labour law, Andy focuses on employment law, disability matters, and human rights. As counsel to employers and insurers, he has extensive experience advising clients on all employment issues including dismissals, human rights, workplace policies, mergers and acquisitions, executive employment agreements, change of control agreements, and stock option disputes. He represents many energy industry employers and appears regularly before all levels of Alberta courts and tribunals. In addition, Mr. Robertson conducts independent workplace investigations.
