Practice Areas: Practice exclusively concerned with labour relations, human rights and employment, representing management clients before both the Canada and British Columbia Labour Boards. Acts as counsel at arbitrations, Human Rights Tribunal hearings and in all levels of Court in British Columbia. He also provides training and seminars to clients to educate them as to their rights and responsibilities and frequently lectures for a number of associations including: the Human Resources Management Association of British Columbia; the Labour Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association of BC Branch; and the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
