Has represented major employers across Canada in proceedings before both federal and provincial labour boards, grievance arbitration tribunals and the courts since 1978. Has represented leading employers in collective bargaining and strategic advice on corporate reorganizations, including downsizings and amalgamations. Advises employers in executive employment matters.
