Practice Areas: Management labour relations law and employment law in a broad range of areas. Labour relations practice includes appearances before labour relations boards, boards of arbitration as well as collective agreement negotiations. Employment law practice includes wrongful dismissal litigation at the trial and appellate levels and mediated/arbitrated resolution. Extensive experience with fiduciary duty, non-competition, non-solicitation and human rights litigation.
