Practice Areas: Greg Smith is a partner in the firm's Global Project Finance and Infrastructure Practice Group with a practice that centers on the representation of lenders, sponsors and governments in connection with the development, financing and privatization of international power, oil and gas, telecommunications and other infrastructure projects in Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East, with a particular emphasis on emerging markets. He also has significant experience creating and financing international private equity funds.
