Practice Areas: Mr Chang advises multinational and Taiwan clients on their cross-border investments and dispute resolution matters, and focuses in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, media and technology. He is past Managing Partner of Baker & McKenzie Taipei and former head of its TMT and M&A Practice Groups.
