Practice Areas: Brigette Baillie is a partner and head of Webber Wentzel's Projects: Finance, Environment & Development Practice. Her expertise includes matters related to limited recourse finance, non-recourse finance, and hybrid corporate finance. Brigette regularly advises on related matters in the private sector; Public Private Partnerships or public sector concession transactions; as well as these types of financing incorporating export credit agency support. Brigette holds a BA LLB from the University of Cape Town; an LLM (Corporate and Commercial Law) from London University (King's College); and a second LLM (Tax) from the University of Witwatersrand.
