Practice Areas: Martin Versfeld is a partner and co-head of Webber Wentzel's Competition Practice. He advises on competition law and has substantial experience in the construction, tobacco, aviation, health, forestry, fishing, and liquid fuel industries. Martin has represented high-profile domestic and international clients in relation to some of the more significant competition law matters in our jurisdiction. He is the co-author of a book on competition law titled 'A Practical Guide to the South African Competition Act', which is prescribed reading at a number of South African universities, and has authored a number of articles for local and international journals.
