Practice Areas: Johan de Lange is a partner and head of Webber Wentzel's Banking & Finance Practice. He advises on banking finance and focuses on acquisition and leveraged finance, commercial property finance, debt restructuring, general single lender and syndicated corporate credit transactions, and commodity finance. Johan's clients include major South African and overseas banks and financial institutions. He obtained an LLB from the University of Potchefstroom, an LLM from the University of Johannesburg, and an MSc degree from the London School of Economics. Johan previously worked at a magic circle law firm in London and at a local investment bank.
