Practice Areas: Nick specialises in international arbitration and also has experience of commercial litigation and ADR in various forms. Nick, based in our London office, heads the India dispute practice and was previously Head of the international arbitration practice in Singapore. He has experience in arbitration proceedings seated in various jurisdictions (including London, Paris, the Hague, Singapore, Jakarta, Beijing) under various procedural rules (ICC, SIAC, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, CIETAC, UNCITRAL, BANI). He advises corporates in the TMT and energy sectors, banks on derivatives and customer disputes in Asia.
