Practice Areas: Aydin's practice centres on natural resource clients covering all aspects of negotiating, structuring and financing of subsoil operations in Russia. Aydin represented clients in financings of major projects, including the first, as well as one of the largest, mining project financing in Russia. In energy, Aydin advised on acquisition of subsoil properties at auctions and tenders, acquisition and sale of interest in existing major natural resource projects, PSAs, hydrocarbons sale and transportation agreements. Aydin has considerable experience related to acquisitions of interest in “strategic” companies.
