Practice Areas: Marek has advised on major IT procurement and outsourcing projects representing both suppliers and clients. He has also experience in intellectual property relating to trademarks, domain names, copyright, anti-counterfeiting and privacy.
Career: Marek Rosinski is heading the 21-strong IP/IT/Life Sciences team in the Warsaw office of Baker&McKenzie. He was the managing partner in Warsaw in 2007-09 and is currently a member of the Baker & McKenzie’s European IP Group’s Steering Committee. Marek was involved in various lobbying activities relating to anti-counterfeiting. He was the first Chairman of the IP Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce.
